The Bet

On the 18th of February, my friends and I decided to create a bet. 
Last year, due to procrastination and the pressures of our exams, we have been binge eating. Practically eating out of boredom. This year our HSC exams are coming up! So we have decided to put an end to our binge eating. We create a list of the types of food we can eat and the types of exercises to keep us healthy. We must drink 3-5 bottles of water a day. NO SOFT DRINKS, which is pretty difficult for me. We measured our bodies and weighed ourselves and developed a goal for each one of us. Since we are extremely competitive, we must complete this challenge. Our deadline is by the end of this year! Let's just hope we're successful, because we also give up easily when temptations arise.
